A new path, a new direction

This vermouth is aged in the acacia barrels that we use in the production of our cask-fermented white wine. As the interior of these barrels are less “toasted”, we can extend the ageing period to up to 12 months.

This is a vermouth with a delicate amber colour that is clean and bright, tending towards yellow and orange. The influence of the wood is barely noticeable. It is characterised by its suggestions of bitter orange peel and dark chocolate. Although sweetness dominates on the palate, toasted sugar and wormwood can also be noted. The vermouth is smooth, mellow and well-balanced.
