We continue to celebrate the 130 years of history of Bodegas Martínez Lacuesta. And we do it as best we know how: surrounded by those who make it possible for us to continue to grow every day. We recently welcomed our national distributors to our home for a weekend in a shared celebration, which became a time to get to know each other better, to toast what we have achieved and prepare for the road ahead.

Some have been walking with us for years. Others have only just joined. But we are all part of the same team. And this meeting was an opportunity to strengthen that bond, learn first-hand about our new developments and share our vision for the future.

After a more relaxed day in Logroño on Friday, on Saturday we dedicated a very special space to the internal presentation of two new references called to mark a before and after: our wine La Centenaria and the vermouth Conzia. We will talk about them in more detail very soon, but we can already tell you that they are two works of art that perfectly sum up what we are: tradition reinterpreted with sensitivity and ambition.

Both, together with Martínez Lacuesta Viura 2014, Campeador 2019 and Martínez Lacuesta Gran Reserva 2005, became the ideal pairing for the excellent cocktail served by the team at Nublo, the restaurant that, with its Michelin star, places Haro in the gastronomic universe.

We continue to celebrate

This, for the moment, was the last in a series of celebrations that we wanted to experience in a close and meaningful way. We started the year with an intimate party with our entire team, and a few weeks ago we shared an emotional institutional event with authorities, family, friends and colleagues from the sector. We have also travelled to Navarra to meet again with sommeliers and professionals from the restaurant industry in a tasting at the premises of our distributor Baines.

We also want to continue to fill the calendar for 2025, with a series of small events, meetings, presentations and memories. Because turning 130 is a milestone in terms of looking back, commitment to the present and hope for the future. To whom, with these wonderful people accompanying us, we can look straight in the eye.
