Bodegas Martínez Lacuesta will be present next 18th and 19th November at the XXIV Salón Peñín de los Mejores Vinos de España, occupying a privileged place on the podium, thanks to the 95 points obtained by our wine Colección Familia 2012 in the Peñín Guide 2024. This recognition, which highlights only wines that score above 95 points, is a sign of the commitment we have maintained to quality and authenticity in every bottle since 1895.

The Podium

The Podium is a category reserved for wines that represent the best of Spanish viticulture. They represent the highest in quality and distinction and are the subject of a second tasting by the jury of the Peñín Guide. Our Colección Familia 2012, with its noble structure and aromatic depth, is recognised as one of the best wines in Spain and represents the dedication, respect for the land and the efforts of all the generations of the Martínez Lacuesta family.

Our Scores

The Peñín Guide, a benchmark for Spanish wines, awarded us excellent scores last summer, among which the 95 points for Martínez Lacuesta Colección Familia 2012 and the 94 points for Hinia Reserva and White Wine stand out. We are also very satisfied with the good scores (93 points) of Campeador Viura and Campeador Garnacha and we are especially proud that the scores recognise both classic wines from our winery and new wines, especially white wines, highlighting the great boom we are experiencing in this range of wines.
