Bodegas Martínez Lacuesta has once again joined Rioja con Corazón, the charity initiative created by Riojadhesivos and supported by the Rioja Wine Guild. The campaign brings together 25 wineries from the Rioja DOCa to raise funds for the social programmes run by Cáritas Diocesana.

This year we are participating with Selecto, which is part of the special charity edition that dresses each wine with a common label designed and printed altruistically by Riojadhesivos. This unified image makes it easy to identify the charity wines while maintaining the name and personality of each winery.

Rioja con Corazón highlights the diversity of the appellation: historic projects, family-run wineries and new producers from Rioja Alta, Alavesa and Oriental come together in a joint initiative that seeks to generate real social impact.

On 11 December, the Rioja Culture Centre will host the charity tasting event “Brindemos por la solidaridad” (Let’s toast to solidarity), led by Carlos Echapresto. This event is sold out, highlighting the involvement of the sector and the response from the public.

For Martínez Lacuesta, being part of this initiative means supporting a regional project that combines wine, identity and social commitment in a simple and effective way.
