A sweet entrance in the mouth, a bitter finish and always aromatic. The drink that gave its name to the aperitif hour in its most essential version. With its caramel colour and herbal aromas, it brings to mind the traditional vermouths of yesteryear.
We have been making vermouth since 1937, maintaining our traditional formula which blends 24 different aromatic plants and herbs. In order to ensure a greater integration of their characteristics, we macerate them in the same barrels that we use to age our wines.
