Each year, 6 barrels of the best French oak are reserved to continue refining our vermouth for up to 14 months. This limited edition Vermouth has a more Riojan, more “winey” character. A veritable jewel. A veritable jewel.

It has an iodine-tinged mahogany colour, with notes of chocolate, raisins and cherry liqueur in the nose. On the palate it is silky, generous and perfectly balanced, with morello cherry notes and a bitter finish. Suitable for serving as an appetizer or as a dessert, accompanied by vanilla ice cream or almond cake.
