A ground-breaking vermouth for a new aperitif
In addition to the traditional, artisanal way that we produce our vermouth, we have added a brief seven-month ageing period in new Allier semi-toasted French oak casks.
This is a bitter, aromatic vermouth with an intense colour, with a roasted coffee background and that unusual taste that brings to mind traditional vermouth. We have been making vermouth since 1937, maintaining our traditional formula which blends 24 different aromatic plants and herbs.
